Hi, I’m Carmela, the founder of Streamline TC Co. and a real estate professional with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting buyers, sellers, and agents through successful transactions.
After entering real estate in 2015, I quickly saw how much time agents lose to post-offer paperwork and deadline management – and how easily important details can be missed when agents are stretched too thin. I actually began my career behind the scenes, coordinating transactions while earning my real estate license. It didn’t take long to realize my strengths – and passion – were in keeping transactions organized, compliant , and moving forward smoothly.
Beyond real estate, I’m a proud mom of four sons and an active community volunteer. When I’m not coordinating transactions, you’ll usually find me juggling family life or recharging with close friends. These experiences have shaped my organization, patience, and ability to stay one step ahead-qualities I bring into every transaction I manage.
